Oracle Analyst- Cloud, HCM, Finance

An Oracle Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources for a client based in West London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working model, with three days a week expected on-site.

The successful candidate will support our client's digital transformation, working across HR, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain functions. You will work with Oracle and other enterprise platforms, delivering change, gathering requirements, improving processes, and ensuring solutions are aligned to organisational objectives. This is a varied role offering the chance to develop broad expertise and grow into a subject matter expert. Candidates can come from an analyst, business analyst, or super user background, but must be ambitious, proactive, and eager to move into a more hands-on Oracle role.

Do you have?

Experience working with Oracle Cloud or ERP platforms, or a strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, or Supply Chain?

A background as an analyst, business analyst, or super user with a desire to transition into a more Oracle-focused role?

Ability to map processes, produce documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and user guides?

Experience supporting UAT, system validation, or testing within Oracle or other ERP systems?

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating workshops and requirements gathering?

A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to learn, take ownership, and make things happen?
