Exciting Opportunity: Sales Director, EMEA (Pipeline Integrity & Risk Solutions)

Remote in Europe (Preferred: UK&I, Spain, Netherlands, Germany)

Join a high-growth, innovative international software company dedicated to protecting critical infrastructure. We're looking for a Sales Director to drive net-new logo growth across Northern Europe and the Middle East. This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of the regional plan, including market strategy, conference selection, and alignment with marketing.

You'll lead the full sales cycle—prospecting to close—and must be comfortable running early technical conversations independently. A strong technical background in O&G pipeline integrity and risk is essential, as you'll meet directly with pipeline engineers and technical stakeholders without presales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the EMEA regional sales plan

• Hunt and win net-new enterprise logos

• Identify key conferences and drive regional marketing needs

• Lead initial technical discovery meetings

• Build strong relationships across operators and engineering teams

• Manage forecasting and pipeline with precision

Requirements:

• Proven net-new hunter in enterprise software sales into the O&G sector

• Strong technical expertise in pipeline integrity/risk

• Deep understanding of midstream O&G in Europe/Middle East

• Fluent in English

• Willingness to travel within the region
