• Developing and deliveringSEO strategiesthat drive real growth for our clients.
• Leadingtechnical, on-page, and off-page SEOinitiatives with a data-led approach.
• Managing your ownclient portfolio, building strong relationships and demonstrating ROI.
• Collaborating with ourPPC, content, and web development teamsto deliver fully integrated campaigns.
• Staying ahead of search trends, algorithms, and AI-driven changesthen using that insight to future-proof our SEO offering.
• Mentoring junior team members and helping shape thedirection of SEO at Mayfly.

• 4+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency experience ideal).
• Proven ability toplan, execute and measureSEO campaigns that deliver results.
• Deep understanding oftechnical SEO, content optimisation, and analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc).
• Strong communication and presentation skillsyou can confidently explain SEO to both clients and colleagues.
• A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and making your mark on the future of digital marketing.
