Role Description
The Founder Associate Intern will closely collaborate with the founding team (xBain & xGoogle) to support GTM, run strategic projects, streamline operations, and drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting customer outreach, market research, developing business strategies, assisting in pitch preparation, optimizing workflows, and contributing to product and partnership initiatives. This is a full-time, remote role located in the UK, requiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and performance-driven approach.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with research, data analysis, and strategy development
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for developing clear and persuasive materials
Organizational and operational skills for coordinating projects and streamlining processes
An interest in Artificial Intelligence, startups, and software development, with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to work closely with an entrepreneurial team
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or currently pursuing an advanced degree, with a preference for business, computer science, or related disciplines
Prior experience with AI, software technologies, or startup environments is a plus
