Technical Support Engineer - WMS

Do you have experience providing technical support with WMS systems in a Fulfilment / warehouse environment? Keen to work in a brand-new automated state of the art Fulfilment facility? Are you the kind of person who loves figuring out how things work, and making them work better? We re on an ambitious journey to become the most efficient ecommerce fulfilment centre in the UK, and we re looking for a Technical Support individual to help get there

You will provide support for automated warehouse management systems. You ll be the go-to expert keeping it all running smoothly through proactive maintenance, smart problem-solving, and lightning-fast repairs when production stops.

When you re not working on the machinery, you ll switch gears to support our users with first-line IT support and help deliver IT infrastructure projects.

Salary: Highly competitive + great benefits

Location: Aylesford, Kent this role is 100% site based

Hours: 2pm 10pm Monday Friday
