About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex technology and transformation programmes within a key customer environment.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and aligned with wider business objectives.
This role would suit someone with experience delivering large-scale technology or transformation programmes within consulting, enterprise, or fast-paced technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and transformation programmes
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Maintain programme plans, reporting, governance, and delivery roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and business functions
- Manage programme risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests
- Monitor delivery against budgets, timelines, milestones, and objectives
- Deliver regular reporting and updates to senior leadership teams
- Support continuous improvement and operational change initiatives
- Ensure programmes are delivered in line with internal standards and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex technology or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across large and fast-paced business environments
- Strong organisational and programme management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile, or similar certifications
- Experience working within enterprise-scale environments
- Exposure to large transformation or operational change programmes
