Your role:

As a Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Engineer, you’ll lead and contribute to the development of a robust SaaS platform that transforms healthcare delivery. Your expertise in Node.js, React, and AWS will drive impactful solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Develop and optimise APIs and cloud-based services hosted on AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
  • Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of growth and innovation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Proven track record in cloud-based environments, particularly AWS (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
  • Deep understanding of scalable architecture and performance optimisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through tech.

Desirable:

  • Experience with HealthTech or SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
