What you'll do:
As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the technical expert supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with Account Executives, you will design, present, and tailor solution demonstrations to address client needs in lending and Fintech. Your expertise will translate complex technology into clear business value, help overcome technical barriers, build credibility with stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing improvements in sales strategy and technical best practices.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in B2B SaaS
- Strong background in banking or Fintech, especially lending (consumer, SME, or commercial)
- Deep understanding of lending workflows (origination, underwriting, decision, servicing)
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and technology system architectures
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven support of enterprise sales cycles and senior stakeholder engagement
- Experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot) beneficial
