The Role: Lead discovery, profiling, cleansing, and mapping activities to inform migration and architecture design. Conduct workshops with fee earners, partners, and legal operations teams. Own the business-facing data analysis workstream – facilitating decision-making, validating assumptions, and capturing key insights. Shape cleansing playbooks and documentation to support ongoing data quality improvements. Work closely with the Lead Architect and Azure Data Engineer to deliver the data strategy.
