Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a broad IT support role, engineering or construction sector experience an advantage but not essential. Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Experience with mobile device management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Knox). Familiarity with construction industry applications or willingness to learn quickly. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP … and PowerShell scripting. Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS platforms. Exposure to ITIL practices and service desk ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow).
