Keep all technical documentation up to date. Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required: Essential: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of automotive seating system design, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience with problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, 5 Why). Proficiency in DFMEA, Control Plan, Special Characteristics. Experience managing quality projects and technical/process issues. Product development/… integration/manufacturing experience for seating systems. Understanding of change management processes. Experience with CAD tools, preferably 3DX - CATIA V6. Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, Control Plan). In-depth knowledge of 8D methodology. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
