PurposeofJob: AssetDataManager ToberesponsibletoHeadofStrategicAssetManagementfor: TobeaccountableforprovidingleadershipanddirectionfortheAssetDataTeam. ToleadonassetdatamattersforR&Isectionandfacilitateexcellentandcustomerfocusedservicetoresidents. ToensureappropriateuseofRBGs30-yearplan,distillinginformationintofiveyearannualinvestmentplans Toleadondevelopingafive-yearinvestmentplanalignedwithappropriatedatawhichreflecttheneedsofthestockandthestrategicobjectivesofRBG. Analysetrendsinresponsiverepairsandvoidstoreducedemandandimproveefficiency Toworkcloselywithkeystakeholders,includingResidentsGroups,Membersandkeypartnersandmanagecustomerexpectationseffectively. TodeputisefortheHeadofStrategicAssetManagementasrequired. Managesupto2directlymanagedstaffonly. Managesconsultantsandcontractors MainDuties: AssetDataManager Undertakeholisticanalysistounderstandtheperformanceofthestockandintroduceappropriateactionplansofinterventionordisinvestmentinnon-performingassetstoensurelong-termviabilityofRBGpropertyportfolio. WorkflexiblywiththeRepairsandInvestmentSeniorManagementTeamandacrossHousingandSaferCommunities,toprovideeffectiveleadershipandmanagementthatwillcontributetothecontinuousimprovementoftheserviceandthedirectorate. LiaisewithcolleaguesinRepairsandInvestment,otherHousingandCouncildepartmentstoensureeffectiveplanninganddeliveryofcapitalworksProgrammes. Provideanalysisofdatatomakebestuseofproperties,individualstockviabilityandlanduseoptions Ensurestockconditioninformationismaintainedforallassetsandlinksintoresponsive,cyclicalandprogrammedmaintenancerecordstoidentifycurrentconditionandfuturerequirements. Manageandleadstafftoachievehighperformanceandeffectiveoperationaldelivery,includingdevelopingandimprovingstaffcapacityandcapability. Manageresourceswell,developingaclearunderstandingoftherelationshipbetweencapitalandHRArevenueresourcesandhowtheycanbebestdeployedtomaximisestockimprovementwhilstgeneratinglongtermrevenuesavings. ...
