PurposeofJobCCTVInfrastructureLead ToleadandmanageawiderangeofCCTV-relatedprojectswithinParkingServices.TheseprojectsmayincludetheimplementationofnewCCTVsystems,upgradestoexistingtechnology,integrationwithparkingenforcementsolutions,procurementexercises,contractmanagement,andmaintenanceprogrammes. ThepostholderwillalsorepresentParkingServicesoncorporateprojectsthatimpactCCTVoperationsandrelatedservices. JobContextCCTVInfrastructureLead ReportstoParkingOperationsManager. Thepostholderisresponsiblefordeliveringassignedprojectswithinagreedtimescalesandbudgets,coordinatingprojectteamsthatmayincludeinternaldepartments,externalvendors,andcontractors. KeyTasksandAccountabilitiesCCTVInfrastructureLead Thefollowingkeytasksandaccountabilitiesprovideanoverviewoftheresponsibilitiesexpectedofthepostholder.Thislistisnotexhaustive,andadditionaldutiesmaybeassignedasrequiredtomeetserviceneeds. LeadthedeliveryofCCTVprojectsassignedwithintheAnnualProjectWorkProgramme/ParkingOperationsManager,usinghighvaluecontractsofupto£8minvalue. UseexpertknowledgeoflegislationthatappliestoCCTVandexcellentindustryknowledgetodeliveragreedprogrammesofworkwithinapprovedbudgets,timescales,andqualitystandards. ProvideregularprogressreportstotheParkingOperationsManageronprojectdelivery,aswellasfinancialreportingonCCTVperformanceresponsibleforanestimated150kPCNsperannumwithanestimatedvalueof£12.5mperannum. ManagetheprocurementandimplementationofCCTVsystems,ensuringcompliancewithcorporatestandingordersandprocurementpolicies. Maintainaconsistentlyhighstandardofprojectmanagement,applyingmethodologiessuchasAgile/Prince2whereappropriate. ...
