This is a "hands off role" involving extensive discover garnered from extensive communication with dept. heads, stakeholders, users etc. This would suit a consultant from a senior EUC technical/applications background that is comfortable in a hands-off role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical background in Zscaler policies, combined with business communication skills is essential.
