2nd Line Support Engineer – Contract Onsite | Cheltenham Up to £225 per day (Inside) 3-month contract We’re looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an IT team delivering BAU support across a multi-site environment. You’ll handle a mix of tickets—hardware, software, user access … and desktop issues—escalating where needed but owning most problems through to resolution.
