responsible for ensuring that all environments are secure and reliable, supporting business-critical systems and services in line with defined policies, standards and SLAs. This role will provide specialist Microsoft expertise, particularly across Azure and M365, to support a project team conducting detailed analysis and cost assessment for implementing and operating Microsoft Copilot (or similar AI-driven … operating within agreed SLAs. Maintain and improve Azure-based workloads and services, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and standards. Provide technical leadership in the configuration, optimisation and governance of Microsoft 365 services. Support the assessment and deployment planning of Microsoft Copilot and related technologies. Manage and maintain identity and access solutions, including SSO identity providers (SAML2/… OAuth2), especially within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Collaborate with project teams to design and document technical solutions, contributing to infrastructure roadmaps and cost models. Required Skills & Experience Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or equivalent certification preferred.
