Act as the main point of contact between Manufacturing and Man Eng for all CMM-related matters. • Conduct and analyse Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R) and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) studies. • Review and validate CMM programs to ensure they meet engineering requirements and best practices. • Provide technical feedback to CMM programmers and production staff based on study results … and performance analysis. • Manage the validation cycle of CMM programs across multiple components. • Investigate and resolve CMM and inspection-related issues through root cause analysis. • Provide support in Modus and Camio programming to improve CMM efficiency and accuracy. • Act as a consultant on inspection methods, helping to develop and implement more robust measurement strategies.
