Responsibilities Lead and manage change delivery across multiple protection products (e.g. life, critical illness). Collaborate closely with internal development teams and third-party suppliers. Navigate governance processes across Agile and gated environments. Engage with stakeholders across digital, regulatory, delivery, and finance functions. Support financial tracking and reporting. Drive delivery in 2-3 month release cycles. Skills & Experience Proven … track record in Agile delivery, ideally with Scrum methodology.
