Performance Data Analyst Location: Eurocentral (must live locally or drive due to location) Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm (e.g., 7-3 or 8-4), plus 1 in 5 weekends (7-3 Sat & Sun), with RDOs typically following - 37.5 hour week Contract: 3-6 months initially As a Performance Analyst, you'll use data to improve customer experience and operational performance across our delivery teams. You'll work closely with regional management and the Field Team to identify risks, provide insights, and support business improvement through data-driven strategies.
