Responsibilities: Extract and analyse HR data to produce regular and ad hoc reports for management and leadership teams. Maintain and manage data integrity across HR systems. Use advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas ) to manipulate and analyse data. Write and execute SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting needs. Collaborate with HR, IT … users as needed. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a business analyst, systems administrator, or data/reporting role. HR system experience is desirable but not essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas). Working knowledge of SQL for querying and reporting.
