Solid previous experience as an UC Engineer with Teams Telephony including MS Team Admin Center is essential as Unified Communications Engineer. Strong knowledge and commercial experience in all things UC related such as networking, cabling, porting, physical handsets (including decommissioning) ATAs, Spider phones, POV/LOAs etc … are essential as Unified Communications Engineer. As the Unified Communications Engineer excellent client facing and communication skills are essential.
