Job summary Excellent Data Analysis, Reporting and Governance are a vital part of the HRA's Digital Transformation and Research Systems Programme. We are looking to enhance the capabilities, skills and knowledge within the data team with the addition of a Senior Data Analyst. As a Senior Data Analyst, working closely with the Head of Data Engineering and other colleagues in the Agile development team, you will use the data analysis process to understand, interpret, and predict patterns in the business, creating and enhancing data products and practices to provide data-driven insights and decision making capabilities. This will involve working with colleagues from across the HRA to identify and document data, analytical and reporting requirements. Refining them into specifications for delivery by yourself and other members of the data team, seeking to automate where possible and appropriate.
