What You'll Do Lead, plan, and deliver user research across the full digital service lifecycle. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure services are user-centred and accessible. Apply a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to generate actionable insights. Produce artefacts including personas, journey maps, and research reports. Advocate for inclusive design and represent user needs at every stage of delivery. Support and mentor junior researchers when required.
