Responsibilities: Plan and design comprehensive user research programs. Conduct contextual and discovery phase research. Analyze both quantitative and qualitative research data. Work across different phases of user research (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live). Embed user-centered design practices into an agile workflow. Skills & Experience: Previous experience as a User Researcher or in a related research field. Demonstrable knowledge of a variety of research methods. Proven experience in a user-centered design environment. Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Active SC clearance is required.
