Main duties of the job The key duties as follows: Day to day operational support for research systems, advising system users on research study data collection and collaborating with cross functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements for service improvement projects. Working with colleagues to analyse and recommend improvements to data capture and quality, utilising communication skills, digital skills, and judgment to improve the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of research study data and service management information.
