Cost Control & Forecasting: * Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. * Monitor actual costs against budgets … and provide variance analysis. Procurement & Subcontract Management: * Lead procurement of subcontract packages and manage subcontractor performance. * Negotiate terms and ensure alignment with NEC4 contract principles. Change Management: * Identify, value, and manage change events and compensation event submissions. * Liaise with project teams to ensure timely resolution of commercial issues. Stakeholder Engagement: * Collaborate with project managers, planners, and engineers to ensure commercial … alignment. * Interface with National Grid commercial teams and external stakeholders. Reporting & Documentation: * Produce monthly commercial reports, CVRs, and final accounts. * Maintain accurate records of all commercial activities and decisions.
