Design data migration strategies, toolchains, and transformation pipelines for large-scale spatial data. Establish integration patterns for GIS with OSS/BSS systems, enterprise data lakes, and external APIs. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance policies. Evaluate and recommend commercial/open-source GIS migration tools. Support vendor selection, PoC evaluations, and performance benchmarking.
