Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support for business applications, resolving incidents and service requests. Use SQL to investigate and resolve data-related issues. Triage and prioritise incoming issues, ensuring … accurate documentation and timely escalation when needed. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and 3rd line teams to resolve complex problems. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and end-users throughout the incident lifecycle.
