Skills and experience: 4 to 8 years of genuine experience on Workday HCM (implementation or AMS). Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Connectors, EIBs, Studio etc) Workday HCM core knowledge. Good knowledge of XML and XSLT transformations. Experience with file formats, FTP, APIs, web services … engines. Workday Studio experience. Ability to translate requirements and process logic into actionable code and functional requirements.
