Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation's human resources transformation agenda and support the successful delivery of a major SAP-enabled Hire to Retire transformation. The HR Transformation Lead shall influence how people process works across recruitment, onboarding, talent, performance, development, employee information, analytics … time and attendance, and payroll.
