To be considered, You must have strong experience with OpenScape. This role involves managing existing telephony solutions, extracting, and analysing data to support migration, and using insights to optimise product performance. You will maintain the product roadmap, champion continuous improvement and work closely with engineering, UX and project teams to deliver a product that meets business, user and technical needs.
