Experience with VMware, storage, monitoring tools, security technologies, and AWS/cloud services (desirable). Ability to troubleshoot multi-site, technical issues and manage 3rd party relationships. Experience of the financial domain would be highly desirable. At least one industry certification (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware). ITIL Foundation (desirable).
