Providing first-line support and incident resolution, escalating only where necessary. Triage … our internal Knowledge Base with repeat procedures and known fixes. Contributing to weekly feedback loops, identifying recurring issues and continuous improvement opportunities. Acting as the single point of IT support out-of-hours, including handling user access requests and high-priority incidents.
