Job summary The Head of Infrastructure & Cloud services will be a key member of the IT Infrastructure and Operations team within the NICE Digital, Information and Technology directorate. The post holder will have responsibility for the delivery of day-to-day IT Infrastructure management and support as well as networking and Infrastructure as service (IaaS). The postholder will also be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of key projects associated with the IT infrastructure and the IaaS environment. The post holder will deputise for the Associate Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations on a number of areas and as such will develop good working … relationships with NHS bodies and the Department of Health and Social Care.
