Service Designer Leeds/Remote Outside IR35, Competitive Market Rate An opportunity to join a well established digital consultancy delivering impactful services across the UK public sector. You'll be working on a major healthcare initiative, supporting the discovery and design of accessible, user centred digital services within a multi disciplinary agile team. Service Designer Responsibilities … Lead service design activities through discovery, alpha and beta stages Apply the GDS framework to shape services that meet user needs and policy goals Create and communicate service blueprints, user journeys and experience maps Collaborate with researchers, content designers, developers and product teams Advocate for inclusive, evidence-based design approaches across teams and stakeholders Service Designer Requirements: Strong knowledge of the GDS framework and experience across discovery, alpha and beta phases Previous delivery experience on public sector or digital projects Skilled in service mapping, stakeholder engagement and user-centred design Ability to work in cross-functional agile teams in fast-paced environments We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably More ❯
