Responsibilities: Incident Management: Respond to ServiceNow tickets and resolve incidents. Administration and Monitoring: Administer and monitor various systems including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMWare, VXRail, Cato Platform, Rubrik, Commvault, Juniper Mist, and APC.
