Job Responsibilities: Full ownership of Connex One/Connex AI dialler: campaigns, queues, workflows & rules. Real-time performance optimisation: list penetration, recycle rules … to-call strategies. Data-driven reporting: contact rate, SPH, conversion, and abandonment analysis. Compliance leadership: DNC, consent management, and regulatory best practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed performance KPIs. Skills/Experience: 3+ years of hands-on dialler experience – Connex One or Connex AI is a must .
