Required Skills & Experience: • Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent, HNC/HND/degree in electrical engineering desirable) • Proven experience installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing UPS systems. • Strong knowledge of three-phase power, battery systems, static switches, bypass … paralleling arrangements • Experience fault-finding to component level and carrying out load bank and battery testing • Current 18th Edition BS 7671 and inspection and testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable • Working knowledge of LV switchgear and distribution; generator and ATS experience a benefit • Ability to read electrical schematics ...
