My client in Reading, Berkshire is looking to hire a Software/Application Support Analyst to join their team. You’ll be supporting several applications and their users, as well as carrying out some manual testing on in-house developed software. This is a hybrid role — you’ll be expected to work in the office 3 days … a week, with 2 days from home. Key Responsibilities: Provide application support to end-users via phone, email, and Teams. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, escalating where necessary. Perform manual testing on in-house applications and assist with identifying bugs or improvements. Accurately document support tickets, test results, and user feedback. Required Experience: Experience supporting software applications. Excellent attention to detail.
