Lead. Direct accountability for a portfolio of at least 20 concurrent projects and annual expenditure of approximately 5–7 million or more. Proven line-management responsibility for at least eight Project Managers, including objective setting, work allocation, quality, performance and capability development. Strong experience of portfolio governance, prioritisation, demand management, financial forecasting, resource planning, risk, dependencies and benefits tracking. Credibility with executive stakeholders and demonstrable experience presenting clear recommendations to Steering Committees or equivalent governance forums.
