Application Support Analyst (WMS + AWS) 3PL Logistics | Cloud Infrastructure | Warehouse Systems We're looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a logistics environment supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) hosted on AWS. What You'll Be Doing: WMS Support: Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents, liaise with warehouse users and vendors. AWS Monitoring: Use CloudWatch, EC2 … RDS, and Lambda to ensure system uptime and performance. System Maintenance: Patch management, deployments, and proactive health checks.
