Lead SIT/UAT activities and coordinate deployments, change control and release management. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis and deliver practical fixes or workarounds. Manage integrations (APIs/EDI) and data migration tasks in collaboration with technical teams. Produce clear user guides, process documentation and training materials. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders - explaining … writing functional specs and running UAT. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to explain technical issues to non-technical users and lead stakeholder workshops.
