Skills and experience required Proven experience as a D365/CRM Consultant and customization. Strong experience of Sales and Marketing Modules. Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices. Experience with CRM integration using REST APIs and other methods. Familiarity with cloud-based CRM solutions and Azure services is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
