Job summary Job Overview This role will mainly offer day-to-day support of clinical IT systems, including training, to end users. Your main focus will be to effectively respond to client organisational needs by contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality support, including IT training courses, creation and maintenance of User Manuals and other support material, e.g. e-learning, virtual, as well as formation and support of User Groups primarily within the scope of existing and future projects. You will provide customer-focused IT training, building on the achievement of national IT deployment targets that formed part of the modernisation programme for the NHS. Training provision will include various clinical systems, Microsoft applications … In addition, you will configure and administer the supported clinical systems in line with customer requests and local requirements.
