Overseethefullclientlifecycle,fromearly-stageprospectconversationsthroughtolong-termaccountdevelopment. Configure,customiseandoptimiseCRMsystemstomeeteachorganisationsspecificneeds. Guideclientsthroughend-to-endCRMimplementations,includingdiscovery,requirementsgathering,systemconfiguration,testing,go-liveandongoingsupport. Managecomplexprojectssuchasdatamigrations,systemintegrations … vendorselectionandprocurementprocesses. Identifyopportunitiestoenhanceoperationalefficiency,forexampleimprovingdonorjourneysthroughbettersystemintegrationandprocessmapping. Deliverengagingtrainingsessionsthatempowerclientteamstomaximiseadoptionandlong-termvalue. Analysedataanduserfeedbacktogenerateactionableinsightsthatsupportinformeddecision-making. Conductregularstrategicreviewstoensurecontinuedalignmentwithclientgoalsandidentifyareasforgrowth. Contributetonewbusinessdevelopmentbyleadingprospectmeetingsandsupportingproposalcreation. Documenttechnicaldecisions,configurationsandbestpracticeguidanceinaclear,structuredmanner. Youwillplayakeyroleindrivingbothclientsuccessandbusinessgrowth. Aboutyou: Youhavehands-onexperienceconfiguringatleastoneleadingCRMplatforms,ideallyDynamics365,Salesforce,Donorfy,RaisersEdgeoracomparablesystem. Youmaycurrentlybeworkingasa: CRMConsultant DatabaseManager/DatabaseOfficer/DatabaseExecutive CRMAdministrator/CRMExecutive andyourereadytostepintoabroader,morestrategicrole. Youwillbring: Experienceinstakeholder-heavyorclient-facingenvironments,whererelationship-buildingiscentral. Confidencemanagingmultipleclientaccountssimultaneously.
