Lead and maintain a Train-the-Trainer program, equipping People Applications team members to deliver training and support confidently. Act as a senior support resource across People Systems, especiallyWorkday, assisting with complex issues escalated from Support Specialists. Provide second-line support across People Applications (Workday, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone), with a focus on resolving more complex or recurring issues. … structured Workday training, both in live sessions and through written/visual materials. Previous involvement in Train-the-Trainer initiatives or peer coaching highly desirable. Comfortable supporting other People systems such as SmartRecruiters and Cornerstone (non-SME level).
