Reed Technology is working with an established company based in Edinburgh, currently hiring a Network Support Engineer .This is a Permanent role, paying up to £35.000/year with a hybrid-working model (3 days on-site). Key Responsibilities: Provide phone- and ticket-based support to clients regarding their network infrastructure. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults in a timely manner.
