Job Title: IFS Technical Support Analyst (Apps10) Summary: The business are looking for a talented PL/SQL and Crystal Reports developer with a knowledge of the IFS Applications suite, IFS Business Reporter and experience of web-based integrations. As a member of the Information Technology Team you will be involved in implementing, maintaining and supporting IFS … a must alongside a broad knowledge of the IFS Applications suite and modules, though other ERP systems would also be considered. You will be providing 2nd and 3rd line support for IFS ERP related queries alongside 1st line support for any Crystal related issues. The job includes supporting the IT Manager on the management of the IFS database … and its related sub systems. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Crystal Reports and Business Reporter suites. Mange the configuration of web based integrations. Support and develop custom PL/SQL packages, events and other IFS customisations, using best practice to ensure customisations are robust and meet the business need.
