We’re now looking for a hands-on Business Systems Manager to take ownership of Sage X3 and lead the evolution of our business systems across the Group. You’ll act as the bridge between Finance, Operations, and Commercial — improving processes, integrating systems … single source of truth for the business — making our processes ready for growth, audit, and efficiency. Core Responsibilities: Own and Evolve Our ERP (Sage X3) Act as the primary product owner for Sage X3 — managing support, configuration, releases, and documentation. Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and continuous improvement through proactive issue management and clear runbooks. Lead one major release … and bespoke applications — connect across the Group. Design and deliver a consolidation roadmap , building business cases for integrations that reduce complexity and enable a “single source of truth.” Take ownership of integrations and middleware (EDI, Shopify feeds, Power BI), ensuring they’re reliable, reconcilable, and monitored for issues. 3.
