Expert is responsible for the coordination, management, and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require advanced support beyond the capabilities of 1st Level Operations. 2nd Level Assurance Engineer expertise ensures our services are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards. You will be assigned to work with ticket management and high-level network troubleshooting to resolve service faults efficiently.
